What we’ll do to your order?
- As soon as your order confirmed, we need to submit your order to Ministry of Agriculture to get the export permit. This permit will be used to get your Phytosanitary Certificate done. This process takes 7-10 working days.
- We will do laboratory check as soon as the export permit available. The Quarantine Officers will do laboratory check to your seeds/ plants/ tubers. This process takes 3-7 working days.
- As soon as the Quarantine Officers confirmed your order is good to go, we will ship it on the day the Phytosanitary Certificate issued.
- It takes 7-14 days for the delivery, please be patient.
- We will update your tracking number on the website so you will be able to check and track the package in your mailbox.
What to do when you get the package?
- Please make an unboxing video, showing the conditions of your seeds/ plants/ tubers. If anything goes wrong, the video will be authentic proof.
- Contact us if something gone wrong with your order.
- All complaints will be solved in email or WhatsApp. We will not respond to your complaints if you raise a dispute in your payment.
We will notify you in your email to get your import permit (if needed), please respond as soon as possible. We will continue to proceed your order even if you can’t provide us your import permit. We don’t do refunds, please read our returns and refunds policy. We are not responsible for any damage that caused by non-compliance of the importing regulation.
If you didn’t send us the proper information about tax number, please do. The tax information collected for your importation regulations. It is a mandatory from shipping courier. Refusing to provide the tax number will caused delays. Any delays because of the importation are not our responsibility and we will not give any compensation.
