5. No Guarantee Policy

All sales are final.
✅ We do not accept refund if you want to cancel order that placed without our availability confirmation, all orders from unavailable species will be held as pre-order.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video, and we will review your case.
